ParkProof is a parking, valet, EV-charging, and garage-access management service operated by Sparta Trading, LLC ("ParkProof," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms govern the automated text messages we send to customers, including on behalf of the parking operators that use the ParkProof platform. By providing your mobile number on a ParkProof service page, you agree to these SMS Terms.
When you provide your mobile number while starting or paying for a parking, valet, EV-charging, or garage-access transaction, you may receive automated transactional text messages, including:
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
By entering your mobile number on a ParkProof service page, you consent to receive the automated transactional text messages described above at that number, sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of parking, payment, or any purchase.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, a single transaction may generate a confirmation, a receipt, and one or more alert messages.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. ParkProof does not charge you for these messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages. To start receiving messages again, provide your mobile number on a ParkProof service page or reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated accordingly.
