Add a location

Create a new property, its operator (if new), and turn on the modules it's sold. Stripe onboarding and rates are separate steps after this.

Each of these changes how the garage behaves, not just how it reads. They were previously only settable in SQL.
AR email
Where the payout reconciliation is emailed when Stripe pays this location out. Blank means no report is sent for this garage.
Closes at
Caps all-day coverage at closing, bounds the hours parker texts may be sent, and puts valet cars into the end-of-day auto-settle. Blank means coverage runs to midnight and valet is never auto-settled here. One time for every day — leave blank where hours differ by day.
Adds the card-held option to the driver’s menu. The attendant closes those cars out on the terminal.
Lets a driver start a session with no card and wait for a merchant to validate. Needs validators set up for this location.
One switch, two messages: a warning about 20 minutes before coverage ends with an add-time link, and a reminder to anyone who still owes. Sent only between 8am and closing.
Grace window
Self-park only — a car leaving inside this window is free. Valet ignores it: an attended car is charged from the moment it is checked in.
